The Souls We Meet Along the Way πŸŒΏπŸ’™

A few days of hiking with wonderful friends,, fresh air and reconnecting with the simple beauty of being outside. And standing here in Dancer Pose beside beautiful Blue Lake, I found myself reflecting on a meditation by Melody Beattie, β€œSee How Each Soul Has Touched You.”

It invites us to pause and recognise the people who have shaped our lives β€” those who have loved us, challenged us, supported us, taught us something, or simply crossed our path for a moment.

There is something about being in nature that creates space for this kind of reflection. With each step, the noise of everyday life softens, and we have time to notice what β€” and who β€” really matters.

Dancer Pose feels like the perfect expression of this: balance, strength, openness and grace, while staying grounded.

We are shaped not only by the places we travel through, but by the people we meet along the way.

Some stay for years. Some for only a moment. But each leaves something behind.

As these days together comes to an end, I'm carrying more than beautiful views and tired legs. I'm carrying gratitude β€” for the places that ground us, the experiences that shape us, and the souls who walk beside us.

Perhaps today, take a moment to think of someone who has touched your life β€” and let them know.

Stay present.

Stay grateful.

Notice the souls along the way.
