Back by popular demand!! Join us on Eld Inlet for a Day Retreat!

Your day begins with a Yin / Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by live music. Then head out to the beach to kayak, SUP or just float on the inlet as tides permit while you keep an eye out for the local seals. The day includes use of the hot tub and sauna and a lunch will be provided with healthy sides and pizza cooked in our onsite outdoor pizza oven.

The afternoon includes a live music performance with Michael J Good on our large outdoor patio, sit back and relax, or kick-up your heels and dance. The adjacent yoga studio will be open for dancing space!
