Sometimes the greatest gift is a day to slow down, tune in and reconnect with yourself.

• Your day begins with a Yin + Yoga Nidra practice. Accompanied by live music, this practice sets the tone and intention for your day.

• Get grounded in nature as you head out to the beach to kayak, SUP or just float on the inlet while you keep an eye out for the local seals.

• Then hydrotherapy cycle through the hot tub and sauna, followed by a rest and restore.

• Enjoy a healthy lunch and explore your creative side with various activities

• The afternoon includes a live music performance with Jerry Battista on our large outdoor patio, sit back and relax, or kick-up your heels and dance.
